Exercise

I've always been interested in keeping fit and exercising and have been a member of a gym since i turned 16. Over the past summer i joined the leisure centre at home and started doing some classes such as Spinning and yoga, i also played squash with my Dad and step brother and used the swimming pool. Not only are these sports extremely good for you i enjoyed them and had a lot of fun especially when i played squash.
